theiving scammers, Do not buy from missguided
awful service! i ordered a playboy hoody dress in early may after not receiving the item or any emails from them i decided to email them asking why my item had not been dispatched. They replied stating that they could not fulfill the order and could not issue a refund. I have had to launch an investigation with my bank just to get my money back!

Absolute horrible brand ordered from the sale refunded a few items not only did I have to pay for my own shipping back to them, the label they provided me was wrong as it came from them and now saying I sent it to the wrong address due to their mistake, now no response from them and ever since they’ve been taken over this brand has gone downhill .The customer service is absolutely revolting it’s disgusting no help at all compared to previously where the workers were nice to talk to and would respond quickly theyre so rude now and no help st all.

I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.

So.. I made 4 orders, over £500 worth of clothes. When the first delivery came there were some items missing from my delivery, because instead of using a sealed bag, they put like 30 items in a flimsy box and it literally had the biggest hole in it when it was delivered. The delivery driver apologised but said there is nothing he can do and to contact the company.

I reached out to Missguided via email, no response. I messaged them on Twitter, after days and days I finally got a response. I used the form provided to explain what had happened and the items missing. They said they would get back to me within 48 hours. 5 days later, still no reply. I messaged them on twitter and they simply told me THEY WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR MY MISSING ITEMS!!!

I actually cannot believe a company can STEAL like this! It is the most shocking thing I have ever experienced. How can I pay for items and some are not received and you refuse a a refund??? I had to contact my bank to report the fraud and they refunded me my money. I honestly will NEVER EVER EVER shop with them again.

Only giving this company 1* because there isn't an option for 0 - I have used Missguided for a decade, always had unicorn delivery and ordered regularly. Since being taken over, I have ordered once - had to email and have the order re sent because they never even sent a confirmation email. Then I collected with an item missing so they had to re send this item. Over a week later recieved. Extremely poor quality items I returned to the post office with a QR generated from their app via a 'Rebound Returns' supplier they are using now. Scanned at post office and had to pay £3.35 for the return of poor quality items... after paying £4.99 for the STANDARD?? Delivery (royal mail delivery is £3.35 so they are profiting here as well as making you return despite having unicorn 1 year next day delivery). After 21 days, still no refund... constant emails. They tell me I have returned to the wrong address and I need to contact post office to send again (another £3.35 plus another trip to post office). I told them I refuse and want my money, it is not my fault their returns supplier generated an incorrect address. Then radio silence from the customer service team. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM!! Thankfully, I will get this back via FRAUD from my bank.

Ok avoid Missguided like the plague
Ok avoid Missguided like the plague. I have had diabolical service from them and fraudulent behaviour on their part. Refusal to refund items which were returned and received back by them as confirmed by tracking information. Eventually had to make a fraud claim via my bank in order to get my money back.
I will never shop with Missguided again.

Decent quality
I decided to adjust my review because I eventually received my order after about 11 days. Everything is good quality and I'm suprised considering how cheap everything was (80%off). Really recommend the comfort jeans! Everything is true to size.

Once legit store now a scam
Purchase placed before 16 June and never received it. Missguided claimed at first that they are working very hard on every order placed around that date but are facing an uncertain delay. However they were assuring if things goes south I can get a refund. Obviously. Today Missguided claims that they are not responsible or rather to say, the company that took over Missguided isn’t responsible for orders placed prior the merging. So I have notified both sides, as now Missguided customer care is passing me on to Frasers (whoever they might be) that I’d like to make a police report on this ridiculousness. Since in a row it’s now the second or third or fourth incident to me in a very short time with online stores I am getting the idea that it’s the new way for companies to make up for their losses suffered due to the pandemic? They just collect payments for purchases but never send the actual purchase for the paying customer. Then they don’t know you anymore. People it must stop! We are facing inhumane tactics in a rapid manner and I don’t like it I can’t trust it! A once legitimate store now a scam!

Clothing is NOT true to size!
Ordered clothes in the 80% off sale, ordered everything in an 18, as the website reviews state the clothes are “true to size” one piece of clothing size 18, would probably fit a 14! The other fit me completely fine but was still pretty baggy, and the other barely fit me! Absolutely disgusting and such a confidence knocker for people!

I ordered during the sale and received a week later. Was kept up to date with delivery and everything was packaged well and fit perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again.

i ordered some joggers which have come…
i ordered some joggers which have come worn and one side of the leg is wide and the other is cuffed. paid £5 for delivery and get given something thats been worn and ruined not happy i emailed multiple times to get given a rubbish response of send it back but i have to pay for delivery????!!!! joke waste of money dont shop on there is my advice

Return procedure/postage cost a joke!
After placing an order from seeing their 80% off discount it was inevitable some items would need to be returned. What they don’t tell you is their returns portal is no longer working so you go through the whole process for it to be refused when scanning the QR code! Then I found out you have to pay for returns which cost £9 just for signed for! Plus the way the label is now printed you’ll be lucky if it’s not actually returned to yourself because your address prints at the top rather than Misguided’s address. The lady at the post office did a big arrow pointing to the correct address but you just never know at the sorting office! Reading the reviews on here I may not even get a refund either!

After being a long standing customer
After being a long standing customer, who has remained loyal to Missguided.
I am appalled by the late notice and the fact that I am not entitled for my refund which cost me £58.99 for my co-ord set, which was only mentioned to me a few days ago due to the changes to their ownership which to be quite honest that is not my responsibility. I will be making a claim and will be speaking to further advisors regarding this, I have also tried a numerous of times trying to contact your team via the website but it stated 'Under Maintenance'. during the time that you were making these changes and I was not once told until the 3rd of July, that I am not entitled for a refund as the ownership has changed when I was told this will be processed. I received an email by Serena explaining to me in a polite way that orders before or on the 30th of May, they are still being processed and this was at the beginning of June. I have all the evidence on my phone which is clearly indicating I will either get my item that I paid for, or assuming a refund as this is the norm. I would like further ID information please so I can make a claim and I will be speaking to further advisors, as mentioned above if I do not receive a refund which is only fair as I was led on to believe I would get my items, especially if I have paid for my outfit to wear for a special occasion.

Sadly, this does mean you have lost a long standing customer if this is not resolved fairly and also a bad reputation to your business that has been took over by Frasers Group.
